And what happened four years ago. Five years ago. I'll say five years ago almost is i got a couple of panic attacks. I had no idea what they were. And i went to the -mergency room a couple of times and it was felt like my throat was closings. Thin couldn't breathe. And i couldn't swallow and it was super weird and scary and then it was so sad. I remember that like yeah. You would even post like you posted something on facebook cure. I am in the user out of my mind member blue hair back then to with blue hair like they gave me a out of animals. Like how right things on social media. Are they still around or did you delete them. I'm sure there's no i did this. Whole weird cleanse after david a weirdo.

I always get everything off social media. Anything or no. It was when ryan. Warren wanted to represent me as a director with his boutique film company. And i think he said clean up your instagram said make it more business like on my wacky photos and he took out a lotta the kid photos and just made it real boring cleaned. It up wiped out my life in your life to. That's sad concert so wait. So what's going on now. Why are you feeling like this might be coming back. Well it happened. Okay so i have been in a crouch e computer position for many months. And i think also that in combination with i might have been getting sick a little bit just from cold. I don't know and the air quality was really stagnant. But i didn't know it's like the frog and the boiling pot reference. And you're sitting your house and then suddenly it's like really hot outside and you don't really notice hanging in so i had to turn isi well. But here's the cool thing my sister use after taking abnormal psychology which is also called psychopathology now. Because you don't want to say abby normal. Yes all these terms from psychology. You're getting cleaned up like being spectrum instead of whatever artistic so anyway they said with panic attacks that was part of a disorder. Mental disorder was You might get one in. It could be triggered by air the feeling of not breathing and then once you get one it becomes psychosomatic that you always are intimidating. Getting other one. So you create your own so the first one was a real physical reaction. Yeah the air and then the next tour like oh god. It's i think. Yeah yes. I used to good to know like hey okay. I'm not look abby normal. I'm just normal dealing with a physical thing that happened. I mean it probably was half related distress half to it could have been whatever was going on at the time it was. I was working on one. So i think a lot of people's get triggered by stress so now having all these deadlines of school is australia related. I think it was that with the air and with crunchy e body crabtree body hidden weiner. They for them to building yes. It was really a having a panic attack in between buildings anyway So i don't have no. But i think okay. So this time i was able. I remembered my little book that i read and it was to just take action and not take it so seriously. So he just laid down and i breathed and put on the air and i got over it and it didn't go full blown. Good that's good. Why did you sound weird breezy. Feel like it should be breath. You've gotta get another plan for the summer and if not that then let's sign you up for all the sat courses there's these other not rotc but kind of where they teach you job skills you know as the summer thing otherwise homeboys gonna sit in front of the computer all summer and wait for crystals to drop every hour. He's doing some stupid game. Worries like he has to be there to hit the thing. It's like a weird rat. The whole point that the zipper pouch. It looks like a backpack that you'd put on your front It's a sweatshirt. Any pit your cat in that zipper rates. So you get to hold you. Little patchy catlike kangaroo. And it's from china so i think someone didn't really know what they were rating on the sweatshirt. Yeah and weight. Doesn't that cat head. Flip up so their little head sticks out. Isn't that the point. I don't know. My boyfriend and i and this cat was a cat that someone was feeding at our house on the deck. She was like an abandoned and he thought i was trying to swindle him. The boyfriend thought. I was trying to just take in the cat. So turn into a big fight of like debt bullshit. Something's going on here all suspicious of me leg trying to get another cat in the house or something. I don't remember but Were you know it was someone. I think what happened to someone new. I was a softy for cats and started feeding the stray cat so stick around the house. And i would get attached happen. But in order to be detached. I think i named her stinkers like that's a bad name. I don't know why it's such a bad knee. So but this is such a dumb story. And i went to the vet and i'm like i'm going to start calling or something different because i never made an effort to name her properly. She does not look like a stinkers. It's a weird name. And i told the new events making it kinda go instantly like you high cut like it's hard to warm up to her with that name like a pooh-poohed name.

Dr David Sourby is one of my professors and he is a fancy PhD book writer of. He's a young men trained person and has written several books and trained and studied with all these people. And I'm assuming young men means carl young like I just got erected you and He his specialty is intuition so he did all of his PhD research coming from a very scientific mind. On intuition there a reality to interview all these bigwigs and this was the clip. He sent me about it back this us from our class which is called myths dreams and symbols. So it's based a lot. On joseph Campbell who has been known he talks a lot about you know the hero's journey but just of Campbell. I guess got it from young union and But this is what they apparently star wars is based off of the heroes. Ernie of good in eagle what. It is hot in here armor baddie. Go get you squat a little joe. All this is happening all the time in show. You need more official. I did take some day. So I wanna hear about this dude though. Because you the clip you sent me of talking about. Dreams was so interesting. And it threw me because he sounds so collegiate and logical and scientific and straightforward. But then he's talking about all this. Existential staff is cool. It's interesting intuition and dreams. And carl young and you know i think a lot of the psychology is going to clinical wait now. I thought carl young was so. He's an intuition guy too. I think he's i am just learning about it. I really don't. I just took a test today on it and i did all right but not good but He talks a lot about inner consciousness. He's got the. Let me see if i can remember your persona. He kind of he studied with freud. Freud was his big main teacher and he disagreed with freud. Because freud is all about he was more like. I don't want to get technical. Behavioral stuff is my understanding link Kit you just react to things that have like your childhood sex. You know your mom like all kids want to have sex with their parents. That sounded really weird. You get right. Yeah the whole thing. The the ego the superego. Everything is you could trace it back to sex and everything's phallic and And then you came and said we have this whole world of the unconscious and we've got our persona which we present to the world of our mass keno make. I'm happy worker but secretly you go home and you become your real self. So and then this unconscious as where he had the term collective unconscious. Okay and i think you know I don't want to get too deep into. Because i don't know that much damage can sound dumb but dreams are gonna ask the mass be real so this teachers studied his work. Carl you and he was really big into intuition and dreams and he has a whole thing on dream incubation which was part of our class so this is a four day week class and each day is a different kind of set of things. But he's really into dreams and very much about if you do the certain techniques before you go to bed I don't have this pulled up. I wish no. That's okay because we talked about this in episode one fourteen. I think where you use to drink water before because it makes you kinda wake up and have to pee in the night right was that was another person who said oh on. That was a netflix show. Called dreams explained it was like more of a scientists guy. That's like drink a glass of water. You'll remember better. And he was more like dreams are just the things that you see in the day and they're all a weird mosaic and it doesn't mean all that's the theory his theory. Yeah we picked the theories. We like yes. I like the one that we practiced. So yes. I think it's kind of partially that. And that's what he says to. Dr david sourby sowerby sorry Eagle and evil and he says You know you might get things picked up from your day or things that are going on in your waking life but oftentimes they'll be you know you get better at it and you'll get symbols that mean something or words written on this doesn't always have to be just about daily life and of working itself out it could be actual you ask a question before going to bed. Get real specific about it He says meditate twenty minutes before. But if you can and can't you just write down the question and get real clear on it have clarity. Maybe rework you're sentenced to where it gets real clear and you can ask very direct questions. Wet is please show me or what is my career path. I should take whatever psychic but you're talking to the ether. Who my unconscious. Or whatever and yeah. He was big on Try to access something where first of all you believe that you will get the advice that you need and you believe that something out there or whatever. It doesn't have to be as some thing it could be. your own. intuition will pull up the answer. Whatever it is or god or a higher power or your dream guides. And if you don't believe in any of that shit or nickerson heaven like yep dead relative over ancestor compete anybody or or anything like nature nature to pull it up for you so then you ask your question and the new believe that it will be answered in. He says do it. If you don't get your answer on the first night do it until you do like prayer. Would you say yeah whatever you call it. It's i don't know i mean.

I think that there's something to it. Because i've done it every night and i'm actually remembering dreams which i haven't for a long time and i got kind of some good answers on a coupla. Tell me about yours a. I'm talking a little too much okay. Mine was so you told me all this. You sent me that clip and mike okay. I'm gonna do it so i kind of i meditated which is hard for me to 'cause i'm monkey brain crazy for men but i did my little method that like what works. I imagine everybody lined up on a everyone in the world. But i put the people that i know i there. And i imagine them on a little Conveyor belt and they come to me with their sadness and i suck in their black smoke sadness and i blow out their gold smoke. Like don't worry about it. I got it took care of it for you. I filtered it out for you. And then they move on down the conveyor belt and then the next person comes along so it's almost like counting sheep and so i do this deep breathing in deep breathing out and i take their worries away. So i'm helping people. I like that. So that was when i can. I just tell you though. I told you the other day. That's a real. It's called tung lin. It's a buddhist meditation where you take the suffering from others and he breathed it back. That can help alleviate and you already doing that. That's what's crazy well. I'm wondering like now. I'm second guessing it. I'm like if i really if that's right on like that just came to me to do that. Did i actually like read about. It's really obscure it's so let's talk to you about it but it's really obscure and the only time i ever got an anything like buddhist or anything was back in two thousand. I don't even remember what was just doing a lot of yoga. And i do remember doing breathing exercises when i'd relaxing yoga but i think it was just like deep breathing. Talk about pulling in the suffering of others and breathing in smoke in britain like that would have had to have been something. Real specific is a meditation. I just learned from pima children. And i was like you totally. I'm very advanced. People don't believe in the dalai lama. does this everyday. Look at you see me and dog. We're this. I'm at this. I'm on this plane. Nobody understands but clocks. You army watches. Don't stay like ticking. Computers break all the time. Yeah your higher being sending and you've got great platelets okay. So what happened so anyway. I did this whole at meditation. I asked dad. He was my my homie. That i said at. Tell me something about my relationship with my husband. Like i really want to know Like how solid it is or whatever like just something about relationship. So i didn't have a super specific question. That was my only regret. I probably yeah. But anyway i had this whole dream that we are like at a party. And we're doing our banter thing which is like we have. Humor is our love language rate. We were always like goofing around with each other but sometimes he throws me under the bus a little bit too much. And i don't like it like t's i don't like it i don't like it either and it's all the boys they gang up on her because it's funny like mom right right. Yeah and this is the new thing now that they're older. And so now. It's starting to make prickly i don't love it and before it used to be like And i can dish it out. But now i'm trying to be good role model and i don't want to dish it back out anyway. So in my dream. That was happening. And i feel like dad was telling me. Oh yeah and then. I thought i was being charming looking around at this party like. Aren't we funny and everybody was like. Oh this is awkward. Yeah so it was kind of like. Cut it out you to like you knew how you need to stop doing this banter like mated front so that was interesting so then i woke up thinking about you. I'm like she would appreciate this. So that was good in someone else's doing it and it's working for them she and her husband and Yeah in the girl. I'm in the class with the lady. We're talking and cheese telling me her dreams too so really. I think and then plasma is the liquidity watery part of lead that I don't know what's like the wheels cream on top something like that. And i'm assuming young men means carl young like i just got erected you and He his specialty is intuition so he did all of his phd research coming from a very scientific mind. On intuition there a reality to interview all these bigwigs and this was the clip. He sent me about it back this us from our class which is called myths dreams and symbols. So it's based a lot. On joseph campbell who has been known he talks a lot about you know the hero's journey but just of campbell.
